NOTE:


  • It is important to identify the insulation tabs, conductor tabs and wings on the terminals.


These wings work for locking the connectors. ***DON’T CRIMP WINGS***

Crimp conductor tabs to the stripped wires. Crimp insulation tabs to the insulated wires.

Don't deform the terminals (otherwise, the terminals and connectors will not be locked).


  • PULL TEST is very important.


Pull test to make sure that the terminals are crimpped well; If the terminals do not tight into the place, the wires will easily be pulled out from the connectors.

If you have troubles to crimp the terminals. The terminal crimping tool (Weather Pack Crimper) could help you tight the terminals on the wires very well.


  • There is only one direction to insert terminals. (The way likes picture shows.)


The terminals lock the connector with a snap.

Once you insert terminals, they will not be pulled out again. If you put them to wrong direction, they will be pulled out easily.
